于家傲，男，主任醫師，教授、。掌握先進(jìn)醫療技術(shù)：善于利用游離、帶蒂皮瓣修復皮膚等軟組織缺損。參與設計發(fā)明骨間背側動(dòng)脈逆行島狀皮瓣、掌背動(dòng)脈逆行島狀皮瓣等手術(shù)方式，為臨床修復手、腕皮膚等軟組織缺損提供操作簡(jiǎn)單、安全可靠等手術(shù)方法，其中“手與腕部組織修復與重建的系列研究及推廣應用”獲得2010年國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎。解決疑難重癥的能力：在小兒大面積燒傷及特殊部位的燒傷創(chuàng )面修復方面進(jìn)行了深入系統的臨床研究，顯著(zhù)提高了小兒燒傷的醫療質(zhì)量。其中“小兒顏面部深度燒傷的治療研究”獲得2011年美國創(chuàng )面修復學(xué)會(huì )“青年研究者獎”。主持開(kāi)展新技術(shù)新業(yè)務(wù)情況： “利用游離皮瓣修復巨大小兒頭皮缺損”研究方面，發(fā)表SCI論文3篇。參與編寫(xiě)人民衛生出版社出版的《顯微外科學(xué)》、《中華骨科學(xué)（手外科分冊）》、《手部先天畸形》等權威專(zhuān)著(zhù)3部。發(fā)表論著(zhù)以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文17篇，其中SCI收錄10篇；參與編寫(xiě)人民衛生出版社出版的專(zhuān)著(zhù)2部。1.Jia-Ao Y, Hong-Jing L, Zheng-Hua J, Kai S, Zhen-Hai N.
